Travel Advisor Services at No Extra Cost

One of the biggest questions people ask is whether working with a travel advisor costs extra. It’s a fair question, and at first, it can sound a little too good to be true.

The good news is that my services come at no extra cost to you. When you book your Disney vacation through me, Disney pays my commission directly. The price stays the same whether you book on your own or work with me.

That means you have support and guidance throughout the planning process, without paying anything extra for my services.

.

Travel Advisors Save You Time and Stress

Planning a Disney vacation can start to feel overwhelming fast. There is a lot to think through. From resort options and timing to Lightning Lanes and dining reservations, the details can add up quickly.

That’s where working with a travel advisor can make such a difference. Instead of spending hours researching every detail on your own, you can lean on someone who knows the process. I stay up to date on changes and help guide you through each step of planning..

I can help with everything from narrowing down resort options to building an itinerary that fits your family. My goal is to make the process feel easier, more organized, and a lot less stressful.

.

Disney Is Always Changing

Disney is always changing, and that’s one of the biggest reasons planning can feel overwhelming. There’s a lot to keep up with when planning a Disney vacation. New rides, refurbishments, temporary closures, updated policies, Lightning Lane changes, dining updates, and seasonal events can all affect your plans.

A big part of my job as a travel advisor is staying on top of those changes so you don’t have to. I keep up with the latest updates, planning tools, promotions, and strategies so I can guide you with current information. That helps make the planning process feel much more manageable.

Whether it’s understanding how a new ride may affect your park day or thinking through the best timing for dining and Lightning Lanes, having someone who follows those details can make planning feel a whole lot easier.

New attractions like Tiana’s Bayou Adventure are part of what keeps Disney exciting, and always changing.

When I planned my first Disney trip in 2019, it honestly felt like I needed a degree in research. The number of details, rides, reservations, resorts, and planning strategies, was overwhelming at first. But the more I learned, the more I fell in love with Disney and all the details that make a trip so special. That’s when I realized I wanted to help other families navigate the magic with less stress and more confidence. Now, I get to share that passion and help families create unforgettable Disney vacations of their own.

Personalized Disney Plans That Fit Your Family

No two Disney vacations are exactly the same, and that’s one of the things I love most about planning them. Every family has a different pace, different priorities, and different ideas of what makes a trip feel magical.

Some families need midday breaks and slower mornings, while others are ready to rope drop the parks and fit in as much as possible. Some want character meet-and-greets, while others are most excited about dining, shows, or the newest attractions.

That’s why I believe your Disney vacation should feel personalized to you. From park plans and dining priorities to crowd levels and family rhythms, I help create a plan that fits your travel style. Your trip will then feel easier, smoother, and a lot more enjoyable.

.

Disney Dining Reservations Made Easier

Dining reservations can be one of the most stressful parts of planning a Disney vacation, especially when popular restaurants fill up quickly. From character dining to signature meals, Disney dining can feel overwhelming. You’re trying to figure out what to book, when to book it, and which reservations are truly worth it for your family.

That’s where working with a travel advisor can help. I can guide you through the dining options and help you think through what fits your family best. I also take some of the stress out of securing those must-have reservations and keep an eye out for openings, which can make those early reservation mornings feel much less overwhelming. That way, you don’t have to do all the monitoring on your own.

Whether you’re hoping for favorites like Cinderella’s Royal Table, Be Our Guest, or Chef Mickey’s, or looking for hidden gems you may not have considered, having support through the process can make Disney dining feel much more manageable.

Popular dining reservations like Topolino’s Terrace can book quickly, especially character dining and special experiences.

.
.

Travel Protection for Peace of Mind

Even the most magical vacations can come with unexpected changes along the way. Flight delays, weather issues, illness, or other last-minute surprises can all affect your plans. Having someone in your corner when that happens can make a big difference.

One of the biggest benefits of working with a travel advisor is the peace of mind that comes from having support before and during your trip. If plans need to shift, I can help you think through your options, adjust details where possible, and make the process feel a little less overwhelming.

Sometimes that means helping move around dining plans, park plans, or other vacation details when the unexpected happens. Having that extra support can make it easier to roll with changes and get back to focusing on the fun.

.

Work With Someone Who Truly Cares

When you work with me, you’re working with a real person who truly cares about your vacation and the memories you’re making.

As a stay-at-home mom and independent travel advisor, it means so much to be trusted with such special vacations.

If supporting a local small business matters to you, that’s a meaningful bonus too.

.

Use a Travel Advisor as Much or as Little as You’d Like

Even if you’ve been to Disney before, working with a travel advisor can still be incredibly helpful. You may feel confident planning your own trip, but extra support can still make a difference. It doesn’t have to be all or nothing. Some clients want help with every detail. Others prefer to handle most of the planning themselves and simply have support when they need it.

You can absolutely take the lead on your own plans, dining, and park strategy if that works best for you. By booking through me, you still have access to my support if questions come up. You can also reach out if you want a second opinion or if unexpected issues pop up along the way.

The extra support can make a big difference, especially when plans shift. Whether it’s needing to call Disney, navigating unexpected travel challenges, or simply wanting help thinking through your options, having someone available to step in can save you time, stress, and potentially even money. Sometimes it’s not about needing someone to plan everything- it’s just about knowing you don’t have to handle everything alone.

Our Very First Disney Adventure!

The Trip That Stole Our Hearts

In January 2019, our family set off on our very first Disney adventure, and it is still one of the most special trips we have ever taken. It was not just our little crew, either. My sister, her husband, and my sweet niece joined us too. To make it even more memorable, I was pregnant with Lincoln at the time. Looking back, that adds an extra layer of emotion now.

Why We Chose to Stay on Property

At first, we had not planned to stay on Disney property. We thought we might save money by staying off-site. But after plenty of back-and-forth, my sister and I made our case and pitched it to our husbands. In the end, we decided to go all in on the full Disney experience. That decision led us to Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, and it truly ended up being the perfect fit for our first trip.

Disney’s Art of Animation Resort

From the moment we arrived, Art of Animation felt magical. The theming was incredible. Everything was bright, playful, and larger than life. It really did feel like stepping right into a storybook. I still remember seeing Mickey Mouse and instantly tearing up. Yes, pregnancy hormones probably played a role. But Disney also has a way of pulling at your heart and bringing out your inner child.

One of the biggest perks for us was Disney transportation. At the time, Art of Animation only had bus transportation. Even so, it made a huge difference in how easy the trip felt. Now, with the Skyliner, it is even more convenient. Even back then, staying on property made us feel completely wrapped up in the Disney bubble. For our first trip, that made all the difference.

Why the Family Suites Worked So Well

The family suites were another reason this resort worked so well for us. We had a private bedroom, two bathrooms, and a kitchenette, which felt especially helpful with kids. There was also a dining table that pulled down into a bed and a living room with a pullout sofa. Having that much space made the trip feel so much more comfortable, especially at the end of long park days.

One of My Favorite Memories from That First Trip

One of my favorite memories from that very first trip was watching Noelle meet Princess Merida. We purchased Memory Maker, and the pictures from that interaction are still some of my favorite Disney photos ever. Merida sat right down on the ground with her. She noticed Noelle’s sparkly silver shoes and even showed her her own.

Between the giggling, the hugs, and the way Noelle completely lit up, it was one of those moments that still pulls at my heart every time I think about it. Merida signed her autograph book, but more than that, she made the moment feel so personal and special. Even now, that memory takes me right back to 2019 and reminds me why that first trip meant so much to me.

What That First Trip Taught Me

That first trip also taught me something I still carry with me now. No matter how much you plan, you are never going to do it all in one trip, and that is okay. Disney has so much to see and do. Trying to check every box can take away from the moments that matter most.

Slowing down and being present is what makes a trip feel special. Letting yourself fully enjoy the magic in front of you matters too. And honestly, I think that is part of what makes people fall in love with Disney in the first place. When you stop trying to do everything, you leave room for the moments that stay with you long after the trip is over.

The Magic We Will Never Forget

What I remember most, though, is how Noelle’s face lit up every time she met a character. That kind of joy is impossible to forget. This trip gave us so much more than rides and photos. It gave us laughter, wonder, and the kind of family memories that stay with you forever.

Looking back, I am so grateful we chose to stay on property and fully lean into the magic. It helped make our very first Disney trip feel even more unforgettable.

And the Magic Kept Growing

Since that first trip in 2019, we have gone back many times. Each visit has deepened our love for Disney even more. Some trips have been full family vacations, while others have been special one-on-one getaways with my kids. Along the way, I fell in love not just with the memories we were making, but also with the planning process itself. From the big decisions to the little details, I came to appreciate how much thought goes into creating a truly special Disney vacation.
